SHIPPING AND HANDLING
ORDERS TO GERMANY: I will not be able to ship to Germany at this time due to VerpackG packaging laws and any orders made from Germany will be cancelled. I sincerally apologize for the inconvinence.
All orders are shipped from the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders will be packaged within 1-2 days of purchase and will be shipped out within the week that the order was placed.
All orders will be provided a tracking number to follow. Art print orders are sealed in a protective plastic wrapping and are mailed out in cardboard mailers.
Domestic shipments will usually take around 2-10 buisness days to recieve. International shipments may take around 2-6 weeks but this can vary. This time does not include processing time.
Please keep in mind that this shop is not responsible for any customs/import charges that international shipments may incur and these costs are not included in international shipping fees.
LOST ORDERS OR ORDERS TAKING LONGER THAN DELIVERY TIME
If you have any concerns about your order, please feel free to contact me and I'll try my best to help!
I also recommend contacting your local post office as well should any issues occur. After a package has been shipped, it is no longer in my hands to investigate into. International orders will take longer to recieve than domestic ones but please feel free to contact me if you're concerned your order may have been lost!
Ordered items will be resent at no additional cost if your tracked package goes missing and is unable to be found by the post office. If I'm out of stock of your ordered items, you will be provided a refund instead.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order needs to be replaced, please contact me and provide pictures of how your order arrived. Damaged items will be resent at no additional cost. If I'm out of stock of your ordered items, you will be provided a refund instead.
You will be given a full refund if you cancel your order before it has been sent out. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to send it back. You will be provided a full refund of the order once I recieve the returned shipment.
Refunds will also be provided to any orders in which any lost or damaged orders are unable to have its items replaced.
